Vellab offers a one-year scheduled Preventive Maintenance Program to insure your lab instruments are performing to manufacturer’s specifications. Service calls within this annual agreement are discounted 10% off labor, full field report, labor, travel time, signed certificate, instrument performance check, and instrument over all inspection. The program includes a 24 hour response time and a 2-day turnaround time during normal business hours. Additional service or repair issues found may be provided upon agreement by both client & Vellab at prevailing rates. Multi unit discount rates are also available, please call us for details.
